Get to Know Ken

  1. I’ve always been naturally empathetic and deeply curious about people and I enjoy helping them. Over time, I realized how fulfilling it was to walk alongside others during difficult seasons of life and offer support that could genuinely make a difference. That led me to pursue counseling professionally as a therapist.

  2. My counseling services are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy, which allows me to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will overcome obstacles and create a path to a better future.

  3. Clients who appreciate a structured yet warm, collaborative approach tend to benefit most from my counseling services. Those who value integrating personal beliefs, such as Christian values, into the therapeutic process may also find my style especially supportive.

  4. I have a strong interest in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression and family conflicts. Helping clients build coping skills, develop resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose is a meaningful part of my work as a therapist.

  5. I hope that clients leave therapy feeling empowered, understood, and more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. I hope my counseling services help them build a better quality of life and open the door to long-term emotional wellness.
