I am naturally empathetic, curious, and enjoy helping others through my counseling services. Therapeutically, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client Centered Therapy, tailored to each individual client and grounded in Christian values.

What inspired you to become a licensed professional counselor?
I’ve always been naturally empathetic and deeply curious about people and I enjoy helping them. Over time, I realized how fulfilling it was to walk alongside others during difficult seasons of life and offer support that could genuinely make a difference. That led me to pursue counseling professionally as a therapist.

How would you describe your approach to counseling?
My counseling services are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy, which allows me to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will overcome obstacles and create a path to a better future.

What mental health concerns do you most enjoy helping clients work through?
I have a strong interest in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression and family conflicts. Helping clients build coping skills, develop resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose is a meaningful part of my work as a therapist.
