Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (Supervised by Paul Myers)
Ken Towns
I am naturally empathetic, curious, and enjoy helping others through my counseling services. Therapeutically, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client Centered Therapy, tailored to each individual client and grounded in Christian values.
During the counseling process, I will work with you collaboratively to set counseling goals and create a treatment plan that best suits your needs. I recognize the importance of having a strong therapeutic relationship, facilitated by an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to empower my clients and encourage growth throughout the counseling process in order to achieve a better quality of life.
Whether you’re seeking guidance for personal struggles or looking to improve your mental well-being, my counseling services provide a safe space for healing. Together, we will navigate challenges and build a path toward a more fulfilling future.
