I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Master’s Level Clinician at Intentional Counseling, with over a decade of experience as a middle school Special Education teacher. I bring a unique, well-rounded approach to therapy, with a strong emphasis on play therapy to serve clients of all ages, particularly children and families.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism, while addressing co-occurring mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Through play therapy, I help children express emotions, process experiences, and develop emotional regulation skills in an engaging, developmentally-appropriate way.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, compassionate, and inclusive. I tailor interventions to meet each client’s needs, focusing on fostering emotional well-being, improving communication, and building resilience. Whether working with children through play therapy or supporting adolescents and adults with evidence-based strategies, I help clients build coping skills, manage emotional regulation, and strengthen family and relational dynamics.

Beyond my focus on neurodivergence, I’m passionate about helping clients manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and navigate life transitions. My background in both special education and mental health allows me to address complex challenges across the lifespan, creating a supportive environment where clients can thrive emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
