Certified Career Coach

Ciara Laine Myers

career coach

If you are searching for meaning and value in the workplace, you are not alone. Career development is a process that evolves with time and self-exploration. It takes vision—and help from others—to imagine a gratifying career for yourself!

That’s why I specialize in career coaching for individuals of all ages. As both a dreamer and an analyst, I’m able to nudge you toward realistic objectives while also empathizing with the fears and obstacles holding you back. From the moment we begin the coaching process, I’m highly invested in our client/coach partnership. I will work with you for as long as it takes and until you are ready to enter the world of work with renewed vigor and a customized plan.

As a Certified Career Coach, I foster a career coaching environment that is nonjudgmental and action-oriented. From recent graduates, to corporate employees looking for an industry shift, to stay-at-home-parents transitioning into the workforce, I’ve helped people from diverse backgrounds with different needs and desires. A few of the one-on-one coaching sessions I offer are via email, Zoom, in-person, or telephone. I use customized career coaching techniques and Christian career coaching (upon client request). I would love the opportunity to guide you toward a greater purpose, help you discern your callings, and establish clear vision in all that you pursue.

  1. As both a dreamer and an analyst, I felt called to become a certified career coach because I’ve always been passionate about helping people discover meaning, purpose, and confidence in their professional lives.

  2. My career coaching approach is nonjudgmental and action-oriented. I invest deeply in the client. Whether we work through Zoom, email, phone, or in person, I can help you move from uncertainty to clarity through structured guidance and self-exploration. For clients who request it, I also offer Christian career coaching to integrate faith and purpose into the process.

  3. I work well with individuals of all ages and backgrounds who desire clarity, direction, or renewed purpose in their careers. This includes recent graduates preparing to enter the workforce, professionals seeking an industry or role change, unemployed clients navigating job loss, and stay-at-home parents ready to reenter the professional world.

  4. I find great fulfillment in purpose coaching, goal-setting, and helping individuals identify the strengths and passions they may not yet see in themselves. Preparing clients for interviews, refining résumés, and developing actionable plans for entrepreneurship or professional advancement are all areas where I love to collaborate and guide.

  5. I hope that every client leaves career coaching feeling confident, equipped, and aligned with a clearer sense of purpose. I want you to gain practical tools, like stronger résumés, focused goals, interview readiness, and also deeper personal insights into what drives and fulfills you. Ultimately, I want you to walk away with renewed vision, realistic next steps, and the belief that you are capable of pursuing a meaningful, rewarding career.
