Certified Career Coach
Ciara Laine Myers

If you are searching for meaning and value in the workplace, you are not alone. Career development is a process that evolves with time and self-exploration. It takes vision—and help from others—to imagine a gratifying career for yourself!
That’s why I specialize in career coaching for individuals of all ages. As both a dreamer and an analyst, I’m able to nudge you toward realistic objectives while also empathizing with the fears and obstacles holding you back. From the moment we begin the coaching process, I’m highly invested in our client/coach partnership. I will work with you for as long as it takes and until you are ready to enter the world of work with renewed vigor and a customized plan.
As a Certified Career Coach, I foster a career coaching environment that is nonjudgmental and action-oriented. From recent graduates, to corporate employees looking for an industry shift, to stay-at-home-parents transitioning into the workforce, I’ve helped people from diverse backgrounds with different needs and desires. A few of the one-on-one coaching sessions I offer are via email, Zoom, in-person, or telephone. I use customized career coaching techniques and Christian career coaching (upon client request). I would love the opportunity to guide you toward a greater purpose, help you discern your callings, and establish clear vision in all that you pursue.

Latest Book Reviews
Glasses Off - A very good read taking you more in-depth with God
“In “Glasses Off”, Ciara has written a simple and practical, yet thought provoking read through her interactions with friends and family and God. Recognizing each of us is truly different, Ciara has based her ideas and processes for finding your specific God-path using scripture and in discussion with others. She will take you through a variety of activities and processes (only one homework assignment!!!) to truly take off rose-colored glasses to see how you can learn what God wants for you and for what he wants you to do. This is truly a good read for all ages and can support your growth to an even deeper relationship with God. David Reedy, PhD”
Beautiful and insightful
“I absolutely loved reading this book. If you’re in any way unsure about your faith, this is the book for you. Ciara is a very talented writer; she is knowledgeable and also shares her insights, values, and experiences completely. The content of “Glasses Off” was raw and vulnerable yet strong, powerful, and admirable. A reminder that listening to God will help you find your calling and path in life. Full of valuable information and strategies to organize your thoughts and feelings, this is a book you’ll refer back to keep you on track and in His presence. It is optimistic and teaches throughout that if you hold on to your vision, love, faith, and practice, you will succeed in continuing to grow as a person in the eyes of God.”
Life Changing
““Glasses Off” is the type of book you carry around in your tote bag with you after reading it because even though you have finished it, it has brought you so much comfort that it’s a comfort item, like a child that carries their stuffed animal everywhere to feel safe. This book brought me so much peace and comfort in such a dark time in my life, and I was very lost. I felt as though I was reading something written just for me, from my best friend. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a new direction, a push to get back on track with the help of God and holding on to hope and that anything is possible if you believe in yourself, and in Him.”
